Introduction
The Carnielli factory, once the home of the iconic Carnielli Graziella bicycle in the heart of Vittorio Veneto, has remained derelict for many years since its closure. The local council approached us to develop a concept for the renovation and adaptive reuse of the site, which includes a collection of former workshops, warehouses, and offices. Our proposal focuses on integrating civic functions alongside revitalised retail and commercial spaces, ensuring a balanced approach to the site’s transformation. This scheme serves as both a benchmark and a guideline for the future development of this historic area.
